Dry fence line, wet parkway
Pine canopy in Sterling Ridge cuts the water a spray head can put on the turf. The parkway still cooks in the afternoon. One runtime cannot serve both.

On the visit we run every station, not just the one you noticed. A second dry corner is cheaper to catch while the truck is already in the driveway.
Price comes before we cut pipe. If the repair is a nozzle, it stays a nozzle. If the lateral is split under a pine, we say so and show you the wet soil.
